1. Which shoes are your shoe care products suitable for?
Our products are designed for leather, synthetic leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, and sneakers. Always check the product instructions to ensure compatibility.
2. How do I choose the right shoe polish color?
Choose a polish that matches your shoe color. If you're unsure, Neutral Shoe Polish is the safest option for most leather shoes.
3. How often should I clean and polish my shoes?
For regular use, clean your shoes after every few wears and polish leather shoes every 2–4 weeks to maintain shine and protection.
4. Can I use shoe polish on suede or nubuck shoes?
No. Standard shoe polish should not be used on suede or nubuck. Use a dedicated Suede & Nubuck Renovator for these materials.
5. Do you offer exchanges if there's an issue with my order?

4. What is the difference between the Power Sponge and the Nail Saver Sponge?
The Power Sponge is designed for heavy-duty grease and stain removal, while the Nail Saver Sponge provides a comfortable grip that helps protect your hands and nails during cleaning.
