At London Shine, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened or used shoe care products
• Opened or used household and kitchen cleaning products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the package (if damaged)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through London Shine are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been delivered.
